Project | 03 Food & Beverage Video "In-Room Dining SOP" - SEM 2
IIn semester 2 as well, we were required to make video as well for F&B Operations 2 subject. This video will show you the SOP of how to do In-Room Dining service. From the beginning, taking order, until delivering the guest's meal to his room. Please enjoy the video. Discipline specific knowledge was the learning outcomes from this project as we required to apply the theory about In-Room Dining into practice

Project | 04 "Once Upon A Time in France" Food Promo - SEM 3
IThis is the biggest project that we have in semester 3 under F&B Management subject. Moreover, here I also appointed to be the leader. We had 3 month of preparation before the event itself. We were worked really hard. As the result, our food promo gained the highest mark from the entire batch. Of Course the learning outcomes from this project is interpersonal skill as I was the leader of this project.

Project | 01 Wine Making Project - SEM 1
In semester 1, we were required to make our own wine using any grape that we could find. In this project, we did all the process by ourselves from the beginning, crushed the grapes, fermented the grapes, until it became a wine. We also needed to design our own label. We named our wine as "BIG BELLY BROTHERS". Learning outcomes from this project was Interpersonal skill as we required to work for a long period in a team
