Achievement | 01 Team of The 3rd Quarter
On December 2019, my team, Front Office was awarded team of The Quarter for the first time. It was all worth it considering the hotel position towards the end of year 2018. We strived together to reach number 2 in TripAdvisor and number 1 in GuestVoice. We received numerous good comments from the guest showing our drive towards the hotel quality. Last but not least also abouth the integration that happened in the last three months. From the membership until merging the two OPERA.

Achievement | 02 Highest Upsell Revenue Month of June 2018
Able to drive up the hotel's Revenue by upselling. Succeed in upselling by achieving more than 11,000AED in one month. Made it the highest among the Front Office Department.

Achievement | 03 FCS Video Competition - 1st Runner Up
FCS stands for Federal Computer System which is a company about application software for hotel industry. In this competition, we were required to make a video about their product and we won the 2nd place or the 1st Runner-up.

one of my hobbies is playing futsal and during my high school, the highest achievements of my futsal team was being the champion of one tournament which is held by our school.
