Experience | 01 Guest Service Agent - The St. Regis Abu Dhabi
Directly after finished with the Internship, I joined one of the best hotel at the best address in Abu Dhabi - The St. Regis Abu Dhabi as Guest Service Agent. In order to join, I have to complete 80hrs of training a side from working hours that I need to complete when I was intern.
Daily Tasks Included:
- Check-in and Check-out
- Guest's billing
- Handling guest complaint
- Making reservations
- Handling email requests
- Room Assignment
- Work harmoniously with other to ensure smooth operations

Experience | 02 Final Internship at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi
Before completing my study at Taylor's University, I still have one more internship left. I did it at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi as an F&B trainee, in Private Dining. It's a totally new experience for me to be in room service, unlike normal restaurant that I've experienced before. Thus, a lot of things to learn, but most importantly how I can grow my attitude to be a perfect hoteliers at the end.

Experience | 03 Extra Internship at Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali
In this 3 months of break, instead of having holiday, I decided to have extra internship at Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali. I really like to push myself beyond the limit so I know how far I can go and what else can I improve better as an hotelier. It was a great learning experience in a short period.

Experience | 04 Internship 1 at Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside
I've been through my first internship at Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside. It has been a good experience for me to know more about the industry. The greatest learning outcome from this internship of course communication skill, because we need to interact with other staff as well our guest all the time.

Experience | 05 Christmas Fund Bake - VIP Services Datin Chew Mei Fun
18th November 2015 I was one of the committee who prepared for the coming of Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun for the event that held by one of Taylor's Alumni, which is Christmas Fund Bake. I really learn a lot about how to serve VIP. The main learning outcomes from this event is interpersonal skill as I need to coordinate with the whole committee.

Achievement | 06 iLead Conference - Leadership & People
Other conference that I attended is iLead that held by INTELLECT Taylor's University. They invited people who expert in the industry. I joined this program to enhance my leadership skill. Therefore I the outcomes of this event is I can develop my interpersonal skill in term of leadership skill.

Experience | 07 E&I Conference
E&I Conference was held enterpreneur club Tylor's University. They invited some expert in the industry such as owner of burger lab. I can enhance my enterpreneur skill through this conference.

This event is BH 9 Food Promo projects. Here, I voulenteered to be the waiter. I took this chance because it's a big opportunity where I can learn how to organize an event.

Experience | 08 Part Time at Eastin Hotel - Indian Weeding
During my semester 2 in Taylor's University, once I joined Eastin Hotel as a part timer during Indan Wedding. I learn a lot there, especially how to prepare a wedding event. For example, during indian wedding, the food served in a doom. I also learn how Indian wedding goes by. The main learning outcomes from this part time is Discipline Specific Knowledge skill whereby I can apply some of theories that I learn at class into practice.
